There’s a tablet on the horizon, this time a model coming from OPPO. It’s dubbed OPPO Pad 2 and it has been certified by the 3C authority, appearing on its website.
The device is expected to feature a MediaTek Dimensity 9000 processor and also offer 67W fast charging. It’ll use an 11.6 inch screen, with a 144 Hz refresh rate, which sounds similar to the OnePlus Pad screen. It’s high time for a new OPPO Pad, as the predecessor debuted in February last year. The specs of the OPPO Pad 2 have actually leaked before, courtesy of Digital Chat Station.
Last month we learned it was going to have a 9500 mAh battery, a 2800 x 2000 pixel resolution and stereo or even quad speakers. A MediaTek Dimensity 9000 CPU is in the cards, together with 8 or 12 GB of RAM. It runs on Android 13 from the box and it will sue Android 13 with ColorOS on top.
The device was spotted on the Bluetooth SIG certification a while back and then it also got the 3C certification. According to the 3C certification, the OPPO Pad 2 comes with the codename OPD2201.
