It appears that @evleaks has been on a roll when it comes to Nokia Lumia leaks lately, including ones related to big screen devices. So, we’re going to get a Nokia Lumia 1525, a Surface Mini and even a Lumia with Android.
The Lumia 1525 is said to be a “Nokia by Microsoft” product, with a Snapdragon 801 processor inside and it will be launched via T-Mobile and Verizon. The Nokia Lumia 2520 tablet will be coming to T-Mobile in the meantime and finally the Surface Mini, that was said to be cancelled is now back on the table, with a release scheduled for this summer. One of the last leaks from the same source mentions an Android Lumia, that’s being kept a secret right now, under the codename “Project Green”.
It’s very strange to me that Nokia is not tackling the 8 inch tablet segment, the one that’s most popular right now. They’re either waiting for the Surface Mini, or they’re the ones making it in the end. Anyway, MS/Nokia would better hurry up, or they’ll lose the small tablet race before they even begin it.
