LG started out this week by sending press releases related to its brand new products, a series of fresh tablets. These are the LG G Pad 7.0, LG G Pad 8.0 and LG G Pad 10.1. They came without leaks, teasers and such, simply out of the blue.

The products didn’t exactly get detailed by LG, specs-wise, but we get a general idea of what to expect. For example, the LG G Pad 7.0 is described as designed for one handed operation, while the G Pad 8.0 is supposed to offer an immersive multimedia experience. The G Pad 10.1 is praised for a big battery and lots of hours of playback time. The devices come with QPair 2.0, that gives them notifications via Bluetooth and allows users to answer calls from tablets.

Knock Code is also here and these new models will be available in a variety of colors and feature the new LG G3 flat UI. Android 4.4 KitKat should be on board and I expect some pretty high resolutions here, maybe on par with the Galaxy Tab PRO series, so around 2560 x 1600 pixels. Once again, we have no official specs for these models!
