The HTC Dark Shadow tablet is a concept made by Hasan Kaymak, so don’t let the many websites who will take over the render fool you: this is not a real device. However, the product may happen at some point, if HTC intends to ever get back into the tablet game.

This model has specs that would make even the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 Edition pale. Those include 4 GB of RAM, 32 or 64 GB of storage, a microSD card slot, a 4 Ultrapixel camera with LED flash and a 64 bit quad core processor. BoomSound speakers are also integrated, as well as QuickCharger, USB 3.0 and Android 4.4 KitKat.

Powering up the HTC tablet render is a 7850 mAh battery and the device’s resolution is 2560 x 1600 pixels on a 10 inch panel. The designer even imagined a keyboard accessory for it, that feels very much like a MacBook’s keyboard. The build here looks very solid and elegant so I wonder what the material of choice is…
