Recently, on the web there’s a rumor that Google it’s opening retail stores around US. Actually it’s reported that Google is getting at least 8.000 square foot storefront on Green St. in Manhattan, next to an Apple Store, just across the street.
Also, on this street we find high-end retailers like Tiffany & Co. Stella McCartney or Louis Vuitton, so this location would be great for a Google Retail Store where we’ll find the Nexus devices and all the Google Play’s editions for several flagships launched last year.
Google could also promote Chromebooks, Chromeboxes, Chromecast and maybe Google Glass. It remains to see it when this shop will be open and how it will look like.
