Here’s a brand new tablet, coming straight out of China, Shenzhen, to be more precise. The device is pictured below and known as DAWA D7, a model running Android 2.1 and featuring a 7 inch touchscreen display, plus a 600 MHz ARM 11 processor. 256MB DDR2 memory is also on board, as well as 2GB NAND flash memory and WiFi.

There’s no built-in camera on the device just yet and we know that the tablet will be available in two colors: silver and black. Unlike the iPad, this slate supports Flash and we have to say that its design is quite interesting and pretty slim, at 14.2mm.

A stylus is bundled with DAWA D7 and for the record, this device was supposed to run Win CE, but apparently China’s latest trend is implementing Android on all new products, or so claims shanzhaiji.cn.
