Zopo is an Asian company I’ve probably heard of at some point, but I’ve quickly forgot about them since they’re not called Samsung or ASUS. Anyway, Zopo surprised us today by announcing a super phablet with Tegra 3 processor and 32 megapixel camera. The product is launching “sometime in May” and it should look something like this:
The announcement was made on the Zopomobiles Facebook page and not all details have been made public just yet. The key features of the device have been listed, including a 1.6 GHz quad core Nvidia Tegra 3 processor and a 5.7 inch display, as well as a 5 megapixel front camera and a huge amount of megapixels at the back, 32 of them.
Zopo confirmed this device and they’ll probably detail it further over the next few days. This remains a mysterious phablet and I’m really curios to learn what version of Android it’s running, how much RAM it has, how thick it and what battery powers this monster.
