Remember the ASUS tablet teaser here? Well, we analyzed the info we have so far and the previous leaks and we came to the conclusion that this new product may well be the ASUS Transformer Book T200TA. Leaked a while ago as a Bay Trail slate with 11.6 inch screen, the device also got a rumored price at some point.
It was said that the tablet would cost 419 euros and that it would pack the Intel Atom Z3775 Bay Trail processor inside, while also being part of the Computex 2014 show this summer. We’re dealing with a 2 in 1 device, like the T100TA, involving both a slate and its keyboard dock. A French dealer was responsible with the leak a while ago and also detailed stuff like 2 GB of RAM, 32 GB of storage and possibly a future 64 GB version.
It was all gone from my mind till I saw the teaser from a few hours ago and thought that it may refer to the T200TA, as the “next incredible thing”. I don’t know how the stylus matches this product, though… Of course, ASUS is not one to show a single tablet there, so I expect several other models there. They’ve been fond of Nvidia with each Tegra generation, so a Tegra K1 device may also be in the cards…
