Although we’ve not even sure what the next Android will be named (might Jelly Bean, might be something else), speculations have already appeared regarding the 2013 flavour of Android, that will apparently get the codename Key Lime Pie. Yes, there is such a dessert and it’s pictured below, for you all to drool at.
The source of the info is the same one that mentioned Jelly Bean last year, so it’s pretty believable. We have no idea what features Android 5.0 Jelly Bean will bring, but rumors have been mentioning stronger Chrome involvement, lots of tablet features and maybe even dual boot from other operating systems. Since people use now Android ICS all the time, maybe it’s time to get used to the KLP acronym and start thinking about the next dessert, the one named with “L”.
Considering that everyone expects Android 5.0 Jelly Bean to debut in June at Google I/O 2012, is Key Lime Pie destined to come in December or in 2013? And will Android 5.0 bring us a Nexus Tablet instead of a smartphone? I guess we’ll have to wait and see…
