Android 3.2 Honeycomb has been talked about a lot lately, first seen as the Honeycomb flavor especially crated for 7 inch slates and then an important enhancement for the Motorola Xoom. Now, we learn that this OS is coming to tablet manufacturers by the end of August, according to online rumors.

This means that we might start to see more and more 7 inch Honeycomb slates, like the Huawei model that was the first official unit to support Android 3.2. This is the MediaPad we’re talking about, a promising model that will rival the likes of the HTC Flyer, of course, when the HTC slate gets Honeycomb…

We’re still waiting for the Taiwanese smartphone maker to deliver a 10 inch tablet and some are even wishing for a Honeycomb update for their Galaxy Tab units.  Will they get it?
