Not every device arrives with such bold statements as being a “Galaxy Tab S4 Killer”, like the Alldocube X, particularly since the Samsung tablet isn’t even out yet. After reading the specs I have to say that I get its potential… so let’s check it out.

The Alldocube X is a 10.5 inch tablet, with a mere 6.9 mm waistline and just 500 grams in weight. It feels like it could even rival an iPad with these measurements. It’s got a Samsung AMOLED screen with a resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels and promises wide color gamut, as well as great contrast. HDR and DCI-P3 are also available, it seems.

A special blue light filter has also been included and inside the device we find a hexa core MediaTek MT8176 processor, plus 4 GB of LPDDR3 RAM and 64 GB of eMMC storage. There’s also a microSD card slot and we even get the promise of AKM HiFi sound for a more immersive experience during movies. Fingerprint encryption is part of the package as well, protecting your privacy.

Alldocube X has a niftly crafted design and it measures a mere 245 x 175 x 6.9 mm, making it equal in size with the iPad Pro 10.5 inch version. An 8000 mAh battery also makes the cut, offering up to 72 hours of standby, 5.5 hours of heavy use and long battery life in general. The device even has MTK PE+ quick charging, offering up to 18W charging input, which can really shorten the charge time.
