Morgan Stanley analyst company has managed to leak a slide confirming that Windows 8 tablets will be popping up in Q1 2012. The devices should be based on ARM chipsets and the leak appears to fit with the Dell leaked roadmap, that shows the same timeline.

Michael Gartenberg, a Gartner research firm analyst says that Microsoft is late to the tablet OS party and has to rely on the HP Slate and Asus Eee Slate with their poor Win 7 versions till Windows 8 is out on slates. At least now we have some sort of idea when the new Microsoft OS will be coming and what focus it will take, that is slates.
