We’ve been covering iPad Pro leaks extensively over the past week, as we get closer and closer to the big Apple event today, taking place in about 6 hours. While we’re only about 70% we’ll see a new iPad today, leaks continue to spill details about the new product and other devices, too.
For one thing, the price will be lower than expected, so it won’t pass $1000, at least not in the basic version. The iPad Pro 12.9 inch slate will also get a 32 GB starting version, priced at $799, followed by a 64 GB model and 128 GB model, priced at $899 and $999 respectively. The LTE units will add an extra $130 to the tag. Meanwhile, the iPhone 6s and 6s Plus will get a rose gold version, 4K video capture, always on Hey Siri and a 12 MP camera, as well as 3D Touch based on Force Touch.
The Apple TV will run on a new platform, possibly dubbed tvOS and based on iOS 9. There have been no new leaks about the iPad Mini 4, leading us to believe it may not see the light of day on this date, or maybe it will be just a quick announcement, like the iPad Mini 3 last year. We’ll learn more in just a few hours! I’m very curious about the iPad accessories we are going to see today.
