Even if the name of this tablet makes us think at the iPhone 3GS, this one doesn’t have anything in comun with the phone, but it has something to do with the Apple iPad Mini. iFive Mini 3GS comes with an octa-core processor and with a display that packs Retina technology, just like the iPad Mini tablet.
This device packs an MediaTek MT6592 octa-core processor clocked at 1.7 GHz, a 7.9 inch Retina display with a 2048 x 1536 pixel resolution, a Mali 450 GPU, and 3G calls. The tablet it’s expecting to hit the chinese market sometime at the end of this month, but any other details about the price remain unknown.
While the front-facing case tells us that the iFive Mini 3GS looks a lot with the iPad Mini, on the back it’s completely different, and no elements of similarities.
