With so many new devices unveiled at CES 2017, it’s very easy to overlook one or two models, right? Chief among them is the strange Samsung All in One unit detailed below, with the promise of “beautiful craftmanship” and upgradable RAM and storage.
This sounds like a more modular than usual All in One PC and a machine that comes with a tilt adjustable 24 inch Full HD screen, that’s available with or without touch. Those who go with the touch model will also get support for Windows Hello on their unit, with facial recognition and all. This is obviously a Windows 10 machine, one that comes with a 7th gen Intel Core i5 Kaby Lake processor, 8 or 16 GB of RAM and a 1 TB HDD.
Samsung also claims that the RAM and storage on the all in one model are upgradeable, so that’s a plus. Another plus is the integrated soundbar at the base of the device, that includes two 10W stereo speakers, which you’d usually see on a 100 cm TV for example. They can actually work even when the PC is off, functioning like a Bluetooth speaker.
Sadly no price has been mentioned.
