It’s a strange branding, we’ll give you that, but the Orphan iPed M16 tablet might be more than meets the eye. We’re dealing with an Android 2.1 slate, with a 10.1 inch display and a 1GHz ARM Cortex A8 processor under the hood. The specs list also includes 256MB DDR2 RAM, 1GB of NAND ROM and a miniUSB port.

Ethernet and WiFi, plus a webcam are on board as well, plus a bunch of optional add-ons: keyboard, Bluetooth, 3G modem. Similar to the iPad? Yes! Not so pricey? Yes! Here’s a vid of the device in action:
