Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Specs Leaked Yet Again

  • Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 has been the subject of leaks a lot over the past months and now it happens again, courtesy of techblog.gr. The site posted the specifications of the next gen Samsung tablets, that will come in 2 versions: 8 inch and 10.1 inch. The debut time frame should be around June or July, according to the same source.

    Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 is expected to run Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean on a dual core 1.5 GHz processor and it should pack 1 GB of RAM, 3G/HSPA+ and 4G LTE connectivity, a 10.1 inch 1280 x 800 pixel display and a 3 MP back camera. Upfront we should get a 1.3 megapixel shooter, while storage will be 16 GB, plus the extra capacity given by the microSD. Other specs include WiFi, DLNA, a 7000 mAh battery and the device will weigh 533 grams and measure 8.7 mm in thickness.

    The Galaxy Tab 3 8 has the same OS, CPU, but it gets 2 GB of RAM this time. It has the same connectivity standards, a 3 MP back camera and a 1.3 MP front shooter, while its storage and GPU remain a mystery. The battery inside a 4500 mAh unit and the whole thing measures 6.95 mm in thickness and weighs 330 grams.

      That would mean no HD tablet and other specs that look more like last years tab 2 model. Why would I want this. There is no progress what so ever. I’d advise buying the tab 2 with exactly the same specs at a lower price.
