Ergo Windows 7 Slate Comes From Italy (Video)

  • Another tablet came out to play today, this time straight from Italy and running Windows 7. We’re talking about the Ergo slate, pictured below and shown in action in the video at the end of the article. Believe it or not, this is a local version of the WePad, also known as the MasterPad in some regions on the globe.

    The rebranded Ergo tablet is however customized a bit, as far as specs go:

    Display: 11.6 inch screen, 1366 x 768 pixels
    CPU: Atom N455
    Memory: 1GB RAM, 32GB/64GB SSD storage
    Connectivity: dual USB ports, mini HDMI output, 3G
    Camera: 2MP webcam
    Battery: 5 hours
    Other features: ambient light sensor, GPS

    The device is rumored to debut in Italy in November with an unknown price tag. Here’s the tablet’s presentation:
