Trigem TG Tablet PC, an iPad Alternative?

If you’re looking for a cheaper iPad alternative, it might come from Korea, looking like the device in the picture on the left. Dubbed the Trigem TG Tablet PC, this product is made by Averatec and it’s in fact a series of tablets that will be available in the first half of 2010.

The devices come with office software, like ThinkFree Mobile and ThinkFree Online and we learn that two models will run Windows and Linux. One of them sports a 7 inch touchscreen display, while the other is based on a 10 inch screen.

Both Trigem tablets can be used as e-book readers and they both incorporate a 1.3 megapixel camera.
