Microsoft Tablet Prototype “Codex”, the Concept for Courier

Wonder what Microsoft’s R&D section came up with before creating the Courier booklet? Well, the prototype device was dubbed Codex and it can be checked out in the video below, if you want to go learn the concept of the tablet:
We can see a bit of the interface in action, although we’re not sure if it’ll be 100% kept on the final product. The UI is pretty user-friendly and the screens of the device are pretty responsive. The pen looks pretty neat and so does the interaction between the accessory and the display.
Sidebars are also used on this device, as well as an ambient display, corner to corner functioning mode or face to face mode for collaboration purposes. Microsoft Courier is starting to look mighty cool by now.
