Motorola Sholes is Actually a Tablet?!

A pair of recent leaks related to Motorola points towards the existence of a Motorola Sholes tablet. A portion of the Motoblur website mentions the “Sholes UMTS T-Mobile US” and “Sholes Tablet T-Mobile US”, while Engadget Mobile came across a Moto roadmap, also mentioning the device.

Turns out that the Sholes tablet will be available in Q1 2010 and it’ll pack a 3.7 inch touchscreen display, with a 480 x 854 pixel resolution, an 8 megapixel camera with autofocus and Xenon flash, plus WiFi and 720p video. Expect the device to hit Europe first and then the US.
